- Marius Rohrer is an experienced organizational developer, lecturer, facilitator, and coach. His areas of expertise include organizational development, change leadership, agile transformation, leadership development, workshop facilitation, and coaching. He brings extensive professional experience from consulting, healthcare, the public sector, and corporate environments. This profile is complemented by an interdisciplinary academic background, including a Ph.D. from the University of Bern, a master’s degree from SOAS University of London, and advanced training in change management, leadership, Scrum, lean management, and systemic agile coaching.
