Head of EMBA in Human Resource Management and EMBA in Economics and Management in Healthcare

As Head of Programme in Continuing Education, Bianca Tokarski is responsible for the focus areas of Healthcare Management and Human Resource Management. She has extensive professional and leadership experience in healthcare, human resource and organizational development, and adult education. As an economist, educator, and sociologist of education, her academic expertise focuses on target-group-oriented continuing education development, the didactics and evaluation of teaching and learning processes, and research in higher education and workplace-based adult and continuing education. She also teaches Human Resource Management, with a focus on Learning and Development.
