In the Project Portfolio Management course, you will manage and coordinate projects from the initial idea through to successful implementation. You will link your portfolio specifically to the corporate strategy and achieve sustainable results.

Do you manage projects or teams and want to organise your project landscape efficiently? Here you will receive models and tools that provide you with practical support.

  • You will actively shape project portfolio management and define its mission.
  • You will work intensively on the processes and structure of project portfolio management.
  • You will familiarise yourself with key aspects of lean portfolio management.
  • You will familiarise yourself with selected tools for portfolio management. This also includes solutions for resource management and the introduction of cultural changes.
  • You will bring your own professional challenges to the course and work on your own practical cases.

With or without ECTS credits?

Would you like to continue your education without acquiring ECTS credits? Then simply take part in the course without providing proof of competence. In order to earn ECTS credits, you must provide a successful proof of competence.

The course can be attended individually or credited to the CAS Advanced Project Management. In order for the course to be credited towards this CAS, the proof of competence must be completed successfully.
