Project Management

Leading projects successfully – even in uncertain times or complex situations. Strengthen your expertise with practical and AI-supported methods.

In the project management course, you will work specifically on your project management skills. You will learn how to effectively manage hard factors such as methods and structures as well as soft factors such as communication, team dynamics and stakeholder management. The goal: to lead projects confidently, effectively and with foresight - even in challenging situations. 

  • You will acquire up-to-date knowledge for managing challenging projects.
  • You will be confident in dealing with knowledge, changes and failures.
  • You are familiar with the use of agile methods and practices.
  • You will integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into your project practice and learn how AI can be used specifically to analyse, design or implement projects.
  • You will benefit from the ‘Project Lab’: a special form of teaching to impart project management skills.

An additional plus: You will develop a practical understanding of leadership that goes beyond traditional project methodology - focussing on sustainable project success through effective action.

With or without ECTS credits?

Would you like to continue your education without acquiring ECTS credits? Then simply take part in the course without providing proof of competence. In order to earn ECTS credits, you must provide a successful proof of competence.

The course can be attended individually or credited to the CAS Advanced Project Management. In order for the course to be credited towards this CAS, the proof of competence must be completed successfully.
