Agile Team Leadership

Leading with agility and confidence – even in the face of contradictions and paradoxes. In this course, you will learn how to implement agile leadership and manage teams flexibly.

Which attitudes and mindsets promote successful collaboration in an agile team? How do innovation, self-organisation and a culture that strengthens agility succeed? And how does this change leadership styles and your role as a manager?

In a dynamic, uncertain world, internal and external factors influence the performance of teams. In the Agile Team Leadership course, you will learn to recognise areas of tension at an early stage, categorise them correctly and lead your team with confidence, even in challenging phases.

Whether as a manager, member of an agile team or in the Project Management Office - you will benefit from tried-and-tested approaches and new perspectives.

  • You will deepen your understanding of internal forces and drivers in groups and teams.
  • You will optimise the use of your teams' resources and actively manage disruptions.
  • You will strengthen your expertise in empowerment and team development.
  • You will be familiar with the roles, self-organisation and personal responsibility of your team members.
  • You will apply proven group work practices to suit the situation.

With or without ECTS credits?

Would you like to continue your education without acquiring ECTS credits? Then simply take part in the course without providing proof of competence. In order to earn ECTS credits, you must provide a successful proof of competence.

The course can be attended individually or credited to the CAS Advanced Project Management. In order for the course to be credited towards this CAS, the proof of competence must be completed successfully.
