Professional Scrum Product Owner

In this course, you will learn how to effectively use Scrum and gain an in-depth understanding, particularly for the role of Product Owner.

Building on the Scrum Fundamentals course, this training equips you with the skills to maximize the value of a product as a Product Owner in agile teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage the development process to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time.

The course offers a combination of theory, practical experience, and hands-on exercises. It also serves as preparation for the "Professional Product Owner" certification.

By the end of the course, participants will have achieved the following:

  • Participants become familiar with tools for creating product visions.
  • Participants learn how to gather, prioritize, and estimate requirements, and understand the key characteristics of well-written user stories.
  • Participants will be able to start a (first) Scrum project in the role of Product Owner or improve the outcomes of an existing Scrum project.
  • Participants will be familiar with the core content of the certification exam
