Professional Scrum Master

In this course, you will learn how to use Scrum effectively and gain a deeper understanding of the role Scrum Master.

Building on the Scrum Fundamentals course, this training equips you with the ability to influence team behavior towards greater self-organization as a Scrum Master and introduces advanced techniques for servant leadership. The course also prepares participants for the Professional Scrum Master certification.

By the end of the course, participants will have achieved the following:

  • They understand how Scrum can be applied and used – and in which cases it may not be suitable for a project or organization
  • They work with real-life examples and engage with Scrum in a practical, hands-on way
  • They are capable of starting a (first) Scrum project or improving the outcomes of an existing one
  • They are prepared for the certification exam
