Kanban Basics

In this course, you will learn how to use Kanban for your project and how to independently create Kanban boards.

With the help of this (agile) project management tool, you can visualize tasks, limit work in progress, and increase efficiency in project execution or optimize workflow.

After completing the course, participants will have achieved the following:

  • They know the areas of application for Kanban
  • They understand and are familiar with the fundamental principles and elements of Kanban
  • They are capable of independently creating and improving Kanban boards
