AI-Driven Design Thinking for Project Managers

In this course, you will learn how to integrate AI as a co-creation partner into the Design Thinking process – no prior knowledge required. You will work on a real design challenge using both digital tools and traditional methods.

Design Thinking is a proven approach to solving complex problems – user-centered, collaborative, and iterative. Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhances this potential: it can stimulate thinking processes, generate ideas, and support prototyping.

In this hands-on one-day course, you will learn how to combine Design Thinking with Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will experience how AI supports your idea generation, analysis, and prototyping – for faster, more creative, and user-centered project outcomes.

Whether it's needs analysis, idea generation, or prototyping – AI-powered Design Thinking expands your project management toolkit with future-proof and practical methods.

After the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the fundamentals and principles of Design Thinking
  • Position Design Thinking as a creative approach within (agile) project management
  • Apply selected AI tools and Design Thinking methods in daily project work
  • Identify success factors for implementing Design Thinking in projects and organizations
