Would you like to gain a deeper understanding of the HERMES project management methodology? At the same time, you can obtain the HERMES Foundation Certificate.

Course Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • explain how the different HERMES method elements interact
  • understand the tasks and deliverables of the modules Project Management and Deployment Organization
  • handle various challenges related to project organization and role assignment
  • create individual scenarios for their own projects
  • prepare for the HERMES Foundation certification exam
