HERMES Advanced

Do you have solid knowledge of HERMES and practical experience and are aiming to obtain the HERMES 2022 Advanced certificate? In this course, you will learn how to manage projects successfully using the HERMES methodology.

Participants will be able to:

  • successfully plan and manage a project using HERMES
  • collaborate efficiently with project sponsors and the steering committee
  • successfully execute IT projects
  • pass the HERMES Advanced certification exam
