Situation

The St. Urban residential care home is conducting a project to record and improve working conditions. The objectives of the project include promoting job satisfaction, improving the work-life balance of staff, reducing absences and lowering the staff turnover rate.

Course of action

Survey: Employees and line managers are repeatedly asked about their working conditions. Based on the report, a joint half-day workshop is held with management staff to discuss the results and evaluate the recommendations in terms of their relevance and practicability. Based on the data obtained, a strategy can be derived in which fields of action to promote staff retention and staff health are summarized according to priority.

Result

The results of the study are intended for internal use by the client only and will not be publicly communicated. Adjustments and additions to the project will be made according to internal needs and developments.
