Subject area-group Mindfulness & Positive Psychology

The Mindfulness & Positive Leadership subject-area group explores a working environment that is both joyful and effective. Through our research, we promote resilience, well-being and effectiveness.

Our approach

We develop innovative and scientifically sound approaches to help managers make work both enjoyable and effective.

Our work is based on the latest research findings and aims to teach methods and interventions that can be implemented in practice. We focus on strengthening managers and organisations, as we are convinced that companies and managers play a key role in activating positive energy and integrating mindfulness into everyday working life.

Today, leadership and companies bear a crucial responsibility for the well-being and performance of their employees. While personal satisfaction is important, managers can make a significant contribution to ensuring that teams work with joy and resilience through positive leadership and mindful action.

Our approach is evidence-based: we work closely with partners in the field to ensure that our methods are not only theoretically sound but also applicable in everyday life. By collaborating with communities of practice, we support the exchange and further development of best practices. Our goal is to be a topic leader in Switzerland and gain international recognition.
