- Through service projects, we support organisations in recognising and leveraging diversity and promoting fairness and inclusion.
- In our teaching, we impart scientific fundamentals on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and inclusive values, as well as critical thinking, thereby training future professionals who will initiate and accompany change processes in organisations.
- Whether in the CAS Diversity, Equity & Inclusion through Organisational Development , in keynotes or tailor-made workshops, we support organisations in their transition towards greater diversity, fairness and inclusion.
